Return Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be:

    • In original condition
    • In original packaging

Restocking Fee

  • We do not charge any restocking fee
  • You will receive a full refund for eligible returns

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged items (not due to our fault)
  • Items without original packaging
  • Final sale or clearance items

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof. We will provide a free replacement or full refund.

Refund Process

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
